By accessing the 618jl Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 618jl Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the 618jl Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 618jl reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with them.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your Account remains accurate and up to date. You must notify 618jl promptly of any changes to your personal information by contacting our support team. 618jl shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, 618jl is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify your identity. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID) and proof of address. 618jl may request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its KYC and AML obligations.
Section 05
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
618jl will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 618jl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify 618jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 618jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

618jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods available to Philippine residents. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

618jl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Section 08
All games available on the 618jl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
618jl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and that no player or party has the ability to predict or influence results.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 618jl's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result. 618jl's decision on all gaming disputes is final, subject to the escalation procedures described in Section 15.
If you experience a disconnection during a game round, 618jl's system will complete the round according to the game's rules and the server-side state at the time of disconnection. 618jl is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 618jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

All content on the 618jl Platform — including but not limited to the 618jl name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 618jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 618jl.
Section 11
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 618jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
618jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 618jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
618jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games.
Section 12
618jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that it is possible to lose money. You agree to use the Platform responsibly and within your financial means.
618jl provides the following responsible gaming tools, which you are encouraged to use:
618jl reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where there is evidence of problem gambling behavior, in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines.
Section 13
618jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your Account for cause, 618jl reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including both real money funds and Bonus Funds, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 618jl's support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
Section 14
618jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 15
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 618jl Platform, you agree to first contact 618jl's support team to seek an informal resolution. 618jl will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate regulatory body under PAGCOR, and thereafter to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the foregoing process.
